The main objective of this project was to redefine the user/client experience in the sales process of Musimundo. To achieve this, we first defined a discovery stage, where we worked in two fronts:
- UX/CX Analysis: Analysis of the current process and defining the different customer and user archetypes, the current POS and requirements.
- Technical Side: Definition of the new architecture (the current solution is 4gl), analysis of the headquarters and branches infrastructure, etc.

Prescient Traveler is a platform for monitoring and assisting people who are traveling around the world. The platform consists of a mobile application that travelers use, a web monitoring application that is used in the control center, and a backoffice application used to generate content for the mobile application. The platform allows Prescient Traveler to know where people are located, provides information to travelers related to ther location, potential threats, risks, etc.
