The main objective of this project is to redefine the user/client experience in the sales process of Musimundo. To achieve this, we first define a discovery stage, where we work in 2 fronts:
- UX/CX Analysis: Analysis of the current process and defining the different customer and user archetypes; current POS and requirements, functional analysis.
- Technical Side: Definition of the new architecture (the current solution is 4gl), analysis of the headquarters and branches infrastructure, etc.
