The main objective of this project was to redefine the user/client experience in the sales process of Musimundo. To achieve this, we first defined a discovery stage, where we worked in two fronts:

  • UX/CX Analysis: Analysis of the current process and defining the different customer and user archetypes, the current POS and requirements.
  • Technical Side: Definition of the new architecture (the current solution is 4gl), analysis of the headquarters and branches infrastructure, etc.
